SQUISHY! – Ríon Duffy Murphy

Exhibition

6 March 2025

‘SQUISHY!’ an exhibition by Ríon Duffy Murphy, took place online and at Project Art Centre across Disrupt 2025. Rion is a socially engaged visual artist exploring connection and intimacy through a trans, neurodivergent lens. Ríon captures snippets of the turbulence and emotion of these experiences in soft, sculptural pieces, made complete with equally textural artwork titles. This body of 3D textile forms is bright and playful, with the intent of creating a delicious visual sensory experience, infused with neurodivergent pleasure and joy. This accessible online exhibition included audio description.
